Privacy Notice and Use of Credit Information
Disclosure Purpose of This Notice
Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) generally prohibits any insurance agency, directly or through its affiliates, from sharing nonpublic personal information about you with a non-affiliated third party unless the agency provides you with a notice of its privacy policies and practices such as the type of information that it collects about you and the categories of persons or entities to whom it may be disclosed. In compliance with GLBA, we are providing you with this document concerning practices of the Insurance Center.

Information We Collect
We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources: Information received from you for the purpose of obtaining quotes for insurance; Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
Information We May Disclose to Third Parties
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except to third parties for the purpose of obtaining insurance products and quotes, or except as permitted by law.
Nonaffiliated Third Parties to whom Disclosures may be Made
We may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to Insurance Companies and Financial Service providers in an effort to obtain premium quotes or products on your behalf, unless you tell us not to. If you tell us not to disclose personal information to these parties, we may not be able to secure quotes or insurance products on your behalf.
Our Practices Regarding Information Confidentiality and Security
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees or entities who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and other safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
Our Policy Regarding Dispute Resolution
Any controversy arising out of our privacy policy shall be settled by arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association, whose judgment may be entered in any jurisdictional court.
Reservation of the Right to Disclose Information in Unforeseen Circumstances
In connection with the potential sale or transfer of its interests, The Insurance Center and its affiliates, if any, reserves the right to sell or transfer your information contained in our files to a third party that (1) concentrates its business in a similar practice or service; (2) agrees to be our successor in interest with regard to the maintenance and protection of your information; and (3) agrees to the obligations of this privacy statement.
In connection with your application for insurance, the insurance company may obtain, review, or use your credit information or credit based insurance score from that information. The insurance company may use a third party in connection with the development of your insurance score.
